Enterprise Leaders and Staff Make Dozens of Communication Decisions every day, from what to say to how one can say it. In a current analysis paper, we (three teachers) concentrate on one such small decision-decision –whether to make use of exclamation points-AS a window into how individuals navigate the mundane selections that characterize a lot of day-to-day communication.
